Quotes[]

Tucker: He is in. I can't believe it was so easy to get him into our place.
Bonnie: Yeah, well, it doesn't hurt that Joshua is gay and Ben is a looker.
Tucker: You told him your son is gay?
Bonnie: Of course not. I heavily implied it.

Joshua: You seem kind of preoccupied. Maybe I should head home.
Ben: Home? Now? No, no, aren't you comfortable here?
Joshua: (looking at Ben) Well, I could get more comfortable.
Ben: Yes, yes, please, get as comfortable as you like. Mi casa es su cas--
Joshua: (kisses him)

Tucker: Anyway, your lease is null and void, so you have to move out.
Joshua: Well, I'm not quite sure it works like that. When is the funeral?
Tucker: I don't know. Tomorrow? And yeah, yeah, it does work like that. I'm the Landlord. I should know. Uh, I mean I do know.
Joshua: Allright, i get it. If there is nothing I can do, I guess I'll pack up after I get back from the funeral.

Joshua: What the hell is going on? Why did you do all this?
Ben: OK, here is the truth: My mom has been living with us because she sublet her apartment to you. It has been a little difficult, because she is kind of a nightmare.
Joshua: You did all this to get me move out? Why didn't you just ask me?
Bonnie: Oh yeah. Guess I kind of skipped that step. Hey, could I get my apartment back?
Joshua: Honestly, I really wanna say no, but I would really like to keep dating your son, so ... I guess ... sure.
Ben: Yeah, about that. I'm gay like she is dead.
Joshua: Well, I'm gone like your apartment is. Good luck finding a place to live.

Bonnie: (knocking at Joshua's door)
Joshua: (opening the door) What do you want?
Bonnie: Hello, roomie.
Joshua: You're not coming in here.
Bonnie: (walking in) Absolutely nothing in that lease says I won't be living here with you.
